In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on mog500, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mog500 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their place of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of the Company or any of its associated studios, payment providers, or technology partners.

Players found to have created or operated multiple accounts — whether under their own name or via third parties — will have all associated accounts suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances (including winnings) forfeited. 5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your mog500 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team on a 24/7 basis; most bank transfer withdrawals via BCA and Mandiri complete within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay typically settle within two (2) minutes.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and displayed odds are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion fees incurred by the player prior to depositing are the player's sole responsibility.

5.4 Transaction Limits. The Company reserves the right to impose individual transaction limits on accounts based on risk assessment, KYC st atus, or promotional abuse history. Players will be notified of any account-specific limits applied to their profile.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount") and must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate of 0% will not count toward wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. mog500 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their existing bonus status honored under the original terms unless fraud or abuse is detected.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the mog500 Platform are subject to the Company's acceptance at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or series of bets where it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns, system errors, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error") resulting in incorrectly priced odds or game outcomes, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. No winnings arising from a palpable error will be paid. The Company's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.

7.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, BRI Liga 1 results as declared by PSSI, EPL results as declared by the Premier League, and international fixtures as declared by FIFA or the relevant confederation. Where an official result is delayed, disputed, or subsequently amended, the Company will settle markets in line with the official final result.

7.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If any single leg is void (e.g., due to match postponement), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue. A mix parlay reduced to a single leg is treated as a single bet at the remaining odds.

7.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will stand unless they were placed during a period of known connectivity error or data feed failure.

11.1 Suspension by the Company. mog500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or irregular betting behavior. During a suspension, access to account balances and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.3 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. The Company will notify you via registered email before applying a monthly administration fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant account balances. Balances reduced to zero will result in account closure. • Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by mog500 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document.
